Business internet, through the air.
A licensed wireless link from a small dish on your building — no trenching and no waiting for fibre to arrive. Installed in up to 14 days, on its own or as a failover line beside your fibre.
Price depends on your area. Check your address to see the speeds and prices available at your building. Always subject to site feasibility.

Active Air Connect runs on licensed radio spectrum, not the open bands every Wi-Fi router and hotspot competes for — so your link is not fighting the neighbours for air.
A small dish on your roof or wall and one cable inside to your router. No digging, no wayleaves, no waiting on a fibre build.
From order to a working line in up to 14 days, site survey included, subject to site feasibility. Ideal for new offices, moves and anywhere fibre is not in the ground yet.
Symmetrical 10 Mbps or up to 200 Mbps down, static IP addresses available, and faults logged and escalated by us — not a consumer call queue.
Fibre breaks — a cut trench, a stolen cable, a fault on the network. Active Air Connect reaches your building through the air instead, so it does not share your fibre's route. Add it as a backup line at a lower monthly price and keep trading when the fibre goes down.
Monthly prices, excluding VAT. Once-off installation: R2,500 in selected areas, R5,000 on standard pricing. Your address check shows which applies.

Standard pricing is on 24-month terms. 200 Mbps is available in selected areas only. Additional static IPv4 addresses R95 per month each. All services are subject to a feasibility check and site survey; costs such as long cable runs, cherry pickers or site-specific safety requirements are quoted separately.
Send us your address. We confirm coverage, which pricing applies and the speeds available at your building.
A technician confirms the best spot for the dish and where the cable will run. On standard pricing the dish also needs a clear line of sight to the tower.
We mount the small dish, run the cable inside and connect it to your router or firewall.
Up to 14 days from order to a working line, subject to site feasibility — supported by the same team that handles the rest of your services.
Across South Africa. In selected areas it comes at our lower pricing with speeds up to 200 Mbps; everywhere else it is available at standard pricing, up to 100 Mbps. Check your address on this page to see which applies to your building.
A small dish on your roof or an outside wall, pointed at the nearest tower, and a single cable into the building. It plugs into your existing router or firewall.
In selected areas, not an exact line of sight — the dish just needs a reasonable view towards the tower. On standard pricing it needs a clear, unobstructed line of sight, which the site survey checks.
Yes — that is what Active Air Connect Failover is for. It does not travel along your fibre's route, so a fibre fault does not take it down too.
12 or 24 months in selected areas, and 24 months on standard pricing. The 24-month term has the lower monthly price.

These set up your account and debit order. Your bank details are captured securely by our payment partner on the final step — we never see them.
We supply and install a WiFi router with your connection as standard. It stays our property and comes back to us if you cancel.
By law we have to keep these on file before your line can be activated. You don't need them now — after you sign up we'll email you a private upload link.
Enter your bank details to set up your monthly debit order now — or skip, and we'll arrange payment with you later.
Before we install, the first billing period is payable in advance — we'll confirm the exact amount and how to pay when we call to book your installation slot. Your debit order then covers the months after that.
Please note: installation of a new line by the fibre network operator can take up to 15 days; any router we supply remains Active Fibre's property and must be returned if you cancel; and uptime is not guaranteed, as it depends on the network operator, power and other factors outside our control. Full terms are in our General Terms & Conditions.
